Return and exchange policy
The customer has the right to return products to Al-Masbah Company when the conditions stipulated below are met.
If the customer wishes to replace one product with another, he must first submit a return request for the product he does not want and then enter a separate request to purchase the new product.
Product return cases
Cases of product returns are divided into the following cases:
A defective product or order, and a product or order is defective if it is damaged, malfunctioning, missing parts, or materially different from the product ordered through the Site (“Defective Product or Order”), or
Good and no defect, but customer would like to return/exchange.
Terms of product return and refund
If the reason for the return is due to a defective product or order, the following shall be required:
The return request shall be submitted within (15) fifteen days from the date of receiving the defective product or order, and ensuring that a copy of it is provided to us.
The customer was not aware of the defect and agreed to it prior to the purchase
The customer should not have caused more damage to the product
The product must be unused and in its original packaging with the price tag and any promotional gifts or stickers
That the product inspection center agree to return after verifying the presence of a defect and ensuring that it complies with the above conditions, according to the steps mentioned in paragraph (6) below.
If the reason for the return is due to the customer’s desire, the following is required:
The return request shall be submitted within (15) fifteen days from the date of receiving the product
The product and its accessories must be unused and in good condition, as they were at the time of receipt
The product must be in its original packaging with the price tag and any stickers or promotional gifts
The price of the product is not reduced at the time of purchase
The product should not be among the following products: underwear, sleepwear, swimwear, socks, and any other product that cannot be returned for health reasons, books, magazines, publications or newspapers, computer programs or online software download products, CDs, CDs, or information programs It was used, cosmetics, perfumes, earrings, products designed specifically for the customer, whether in whole or in part or to be consumer products or those that deteriorate over time, such as food and flowers.
The approval of the Product Inspection Center of Al-Masbah Company to return after verifying the product and ensuring that it complies with the above conditions, according to the steps mentioned in paragraph (7) below.
Returning products after fifteen (15) days of receiving them
The customer is not entitled to return a product after (15) days of purchasing it. If the product is a defective product or order and the customer has not been able under any circumstances to submit a request to return it within (15) fifteen days of receiving it, he can communicate with us and we will study the case and try to satisfy him without prejudice to any of the other conditions listed in Paragraph (2) above.
Return shipping costs for the product to be returned
If the return request is due to the product being a defective product or order, Al-Masbah Company shall bear the fees for returning the product (and any customs fees) subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in paragraph (3) above.
If the return request is due to the customer’s desire, the customer will bear the return shipping fee of the product (and any customs fees).
How to get a refund
The amount shall be recovered by depositing it in the customer’s bank account within (30) days from the approval of Al-Misbah Company for the return, bearing in mind that the refunded amount may take a longer period to appear in the customer’s account statement.
Steps to cancel a product order
If the customer wishes to cancel an order for a product whose shipping procedures have not yet begun, he must call the customer service center at the number +966 50 089 0618) during working hours from (10 am to 5 pm from Sunday to Thursday), but if If the order has been shipped, the customer must receive it first and then submit a return request
Product return steps
The following steps must be followed if the customer wishes to return a product that has been received or start shipping procedures:
Log in to the customer’s account on the website or application and submit a return request through the “My Orders” page and click on “Return Product”. The customer can also contact the customer service center by sending an email to during working hours (from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The receipt of the product to be returned/exchanged will be scheduled by the shipping companies we deal with and in coordination with the customer,
The customer must put the product in its original packaging and return it to the same condition at the time it was received and handed over to the shipping representative,
The amount paid is returned to the customer after the product inspection center of Al-Masbah checks the product and makes sure that it is returnable according to the return conditions mentioned in paragraph (3) above
In all cases, if the return was not approved by the lamp, and the customer refused to return the product, the lamp company has the right to dispose of the product after sixty (60) days have passed from the date of the customer’s refusal to receive it.
Warranty and maintenance services for products
Al-Masbah Company is not responsible for providing warranty or maintenance services for the products of any third party displayed on its website, and the customer must communicate with the manufacturer or distributor of the product to obtain any information related to warranty or maintenance
Al-Misbah Company is obligated to provide a quality guarantee for the warranty products it manufactures or distributes, which are vehicles and electrical and electronic equipment (“Warranty Products”) for a period of two years from the date of purchase,
The following conditions are required for the warranty to apply to the product:
The serial number of the product must be on it, and the lamp company has the right to refuse the warranty if the serial number is removed or changed
The defect or malfunction does not arise from customer misuse, maintenance work not in accordance with product recommendations, or by charging batteries too much or using chargers other than those approved by the manufacturer
The defect or malfunction shall not arise due to accidents, natural disasters, improper ventilation, electrical voltage, or any causes beyond the control of the lamp company.
The defect or malfunction does not arise from unauthorized modifications made to the product in order to comply with local or international technical standards in countries for which the lamp company product was not originally designed
The warranty does not cover periodic inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement of spare parts due to normal wear or damage and replacement of consumables such as batteries, light bulbs, wires, and other consumables.
Al-Masbah Company is obligated to provide paid maintenance service for the products subject to the warranty against a financial cost estimated at its own discretion.
Warranty and maintenance services must be carried out through service centers approved by Al-Masbah Company, and in the event that the product is repaired by any unauthorized service center. Al-Masbah Company shall not be liable for any resulting damages, claims or compensation.
